Bio

Christopher Kololian is a seasoned mining executive with trusted relationships across the mining industry and a proven track record of innovative transactions that have unlocked significant value. Formerly CFO at Lundin Gold, he helped position the company as one of the highest-returning producers in the sector. Previously, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of RBC Capital Markets' Metals & Mining business for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds an M.A. in Management (Honours) from the University of St Andrews and a Graduate Certificate in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from the Western Australian School of Mines.

Bio

Justin brings over two decades of expertise spanning capital formation and investor relations, sovereign and family-office partnerships, and platform strategy and origination. He was a partner and founding employee of a U.S. private equity firm launched in 2013 and now overseeing $15 billion in assets, and since 2017 has served as a partner at a venture growth firm managing $12 billion. Earlier in his career, he worked in and alongside his family's operating businesses in Asia-Pacific, which were acquired in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Justin was educated at Emory University.

Bio

The Honorable Chris Campbell is a former U.S. Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Institutions (Senate-confirmed) and an architect of the modernized U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). He previously served as Senior Advisor to the CEO of the DFC, where he mobilized private capital across mining, energy, and infrastructure, and as Majority Staff Director of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. He is the founder and CEO of Incamera Solutions, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Professor of Practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Bio

Hannes Meyer is a finance executive with more than 25 years' experience across the global mining and metals sector, including 16 years as Chief Financial Officer. His expertise spans capital structure and financing, capital allocation, treasury, financial planning, and financial reporting. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at First Quantum Minerals for 10 years, where he led strategic finance initiatives. Previously, he was Financial Director at Harmony Gold, and Chief Financial Officer at TEAL Exploration & Mining. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Comm (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Pretoria.

Bio

Mijael Thiele is a mining executive with more than 30 years of experience developing and operating large-scale copper assets across Latin America. He spent over a decade in leadership roles with Antofagasta Minerals. As Project Director and later Chief Executive Officer, Mijael led the US$2.7 billion Esperanza copper-gold project (renamed Centinela) from concept through construction to commercial production in six years, setting industry benchmarks in safety, capital cost, and schedule while pioneering the use of 100% untreated seawater and thickened tailings. He subsequently served as General Manager at Anglo American's Los Bronces mine, producing approximately 400,000 tonnes of copper annually. Since 2016, he has advised boards and investors across the region and serves as a director of several mining companies. His expertise spans project development and delivery, mine operations, due diligence, valuation, and operational transformation. He holds MS and BS degrees in Civil Mining Engineering (Maximum Distinction) and a BASc in Business and Management from the University of Chile.

Evan Young is a senior corporate development and M&A executive with expertise in complex transaction structuring and technical evaluation across the global mining sector. Prior to Liberty Strategic Minerals, he held leadership roles within the Ivanhoe group, where he led the NYSE and TSX IPO of Ivanhoe Electric and multiple financing rounds for private and public companies. He holds an MSc in Metals & Energy Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, graduating top of class in both.

Bio

René Bulle is a commercial executive with expertise in capital project development, complex transactions, and technology commercialization across the mining, energy, and chemicals sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Commercial Development at Ceres Power, where he was responsible for the commercialization of the company’s electrolysis and fuel‑cell technologies. Previously, he served as General Counsel for Worley’s global Mining, Metals & Technology business and later held senior commercial leadership roles across the company’s technology, mining, and energy divisions. He completed the Accelerated Management Program at Yale University and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from Queensland University of Technology.

Sebastián Morel is a mining engineer, strategy executive and trusted advisor specializing in asset strategy, portfolio optimization, and long-term value creation. Over the past 15 years, he has advised executives, boards, and investors on the strategy, development, and transformation of large-scale mining assets across Latin America. His experience spans corporate strategy, M&A, project development, operational transformation, and productivity improvement, helping mining companies make better long-term investment decisions while building more resilient and sustainable businesses. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Mining from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Christian Dümmer is a copper strategy and finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across the global copper mining sector and capital markets. His expertise spans strategic and investment planning, project finance, international business development, and the oversight and governance of joint ventures. Most recently, he served as Head of Business Strategy at Codelco, the world's largest copper producer, where he led enterprise-level strategic planning and supported long-range investment and portfolio decisions. Over nearly a decade there, he held senior roles in joint ventures strategy, investment development, and executive advisory to the Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Christian was Deputy CFO of Antofagasta Minerals’ Esperanza copper-gold project (renamed Centinela). He holds an MSc in Financial Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a BSc in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile.

Charles McArthur is a mining engineer with an MBA and experience across major mining companies, including Rio Tinto. His background spans underground and base metals operations in the United States and internationally, with work across mine engineering, technical services, and project evaluation. Charles brings technical due diligence, value optimization, operational analysis, asset assessment, and cross-functional coordination between technical and commercial teams across mining and development opportunities. He holds master's degrees in Mining and Mineral Engineering and in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a BS in Engineering Physics from Santa Clara University.

Bio

Taylor Budowich was formerly Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Personnel in the Trump White House, where he oversaw communications, cabinet affairs, and the Office of Public Liaison. He was the Founder and Director of a political action committee active in the 2024 presidential campaign, and also served as Spokesperson for the President. He is the president of The Sovereign Advisors, a Washington-based public affairs and crisis communications firm. His expertise spans U.S. administration relationships, presidential communications, and critical minerals policy. He studied at the American University in Cairo.

Hennie Faul is the former Chief Executive Officer of Anglo American Copper. He is a mining engineer with more than 30 years operating Tier 1 copper and base metals assets across five continents. He joined Anglo American in 2004, held senior engineering roles, and became group head of mining. As CEO of Anglo American Copper from 2013 to 2019, Hennie oversaw the company's world-class operations in Chile and Peru. He is an independent non-executive director of Atalaya Mining, Valterra Platinum, ACG Metals, and Master Drilling. His expertise spans technical oversight, mine value optimization, M&A due diligence, and joint-venture governance, and he holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of Pretoria and an Advanced Management Program certificate from its Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Archie Soames is a former Glencore executive with long-tenured experience in capital formation and business development across global markets. He is the Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at Renown Capital Partners, and previously served as Global Head of Business Development at Afiniti and as a member of the Strategy and Investor Relations team at Glencore. His expertise spans capital formation, business development, and sovereign and family-office partnerships across European and Middle Eastern markets. He is an Ambassador to the Churchill Fellowship.
